I thought of an idea of for healthy and cleaner environment college/university students by making the college/university campus smoking free zone, what I mean by it for anyone who wants to smoke has to get off-campus to smoke.
Qatar has banned smoking in public places in year 2002 under the Tobacco Control Law No 20 (2002) banning smoking in public began being enforced and anyone who smokes in public is been fined. (Read More).
Dubai (UAE 2nd begigest city) has followed its footstep for fw months from October 15, 1994 but on March 23, 2005 the Dubai municipality withdrouw it's enforcment on smoking ban which is not right. (Read More).
