Royalty weddings

People in UK waiting to wetness the biggest event of the year, The Royal Wedding of HRH Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Thanks to the globalization and the revolution of technology, i.e. the internet, this event will be live and people who subscribed to facebook and other social networks plus online TV will able to view the real time. People will also post in blogs and tweets simultaneously, sharing comments, about the event, dress, makeup, etc, like fashion police.

I noticed in my country or in Arab world, the Royal wedding is not such a big deal to publish it on news. It's more of a private, and normal for a member of royal family get married to none royal family member.

I realized, most of Western countries don't have social commitments, etc, so such events keeps them occupied.

A quick note, I realized the Arabian Gulf countries' royal families inter-marry, example Bahrain and Dubai; except Omani royal family don't inter marry with other country royal families.

  1. I agree with Shula (the blog author) and Saddam Hussein. The gulf is Arabian not Persian.
