I went with my sister to buy a mobile phone in one of the reputed mobile phone showroom in town, the two things I observed and been told by others who have visited that particular showroom :
- The no proper customer service, as you have to ask for a person for help after waiting for few minutes and more.
- When we found out that mobile phone model is out of stock, the salesman has personally recommended to buy from a competitive showroom.
