Bait Al Zubair on Aljazeera.net

I came across an article about Bait Al Zubair museum while browsing Aljazeera.net written by Tariq Ashqar in Arabic. Bait Al Zubair is the only ‘private museum’ in Sultanate of Oman beside other government owned museums.

As per Omanet.om, Museums in Oman:

Has a vast collection of ancient household equipment, costumes and weapons. Most of the exhibits have come from the owner's private collection. Outside, there is a falaj running through a full-scale Omani village and souq.

    There are other private museums in Oman – Bait Adam – also in Muscat, Sur Maritime in Sur; Al Jebel near Nizwa etc they may not have the funding of Bait Zubair but are also charming for their individuality.
