Every person wants to get the best service from any one or place etc, but the quality, effectiveness and efficiency are the high priority. You won’t come back again if the standard goes down.
Starbucks café at Muscat City Centre got blown down with the quality of their product by trying to handle maximum number of customers, specially on a weekend and Ramadhan season.
