This question arises allot of times when people seriously get sick for along time or fighting unknown/incurable diseases, they don’t know that God is showing them a sign of his love to them and that he remembered them, he is giving them a test to forgive them what ever sin(big or small) because he loves them, if he didn’t love them, he would have given them everything that they wanted and make them enjoy their life by having money, famed, etc until their death.
God loves us and he’s love is in different forms.
