While brawsing through the flipboard and looking at the compiled portraits of homeless people, I felt odd, are they truly homeless or it's just a portraits of photogenic individuals. http://www.mymodernmet.com/profiles/blogs/jan-banning-down-and-out-in-the-south

Raise or abuse?
Some people willing to do it but depending on their true entention, they may raise or abuse the child, I know women who are abused and still abusing the kids, but infront of people they are inocent and the victums of years of raising the ungreatfull child, which they spend alot of money on clothing, education and vications. The child won't know the difference until the damege is done.
A woman is planning to raise a child, she abuses kids and thinks she can gain their inocent forgivness with one hug and next day abuse them again. I feel pitty for the child, as her childhood will be ripped off to be a puppet of selfish woman.
I just want to say, "The Haven can not be bought by money."

Re-Twitter @kishorcariappa: Oman sets rules for pet walking. http://tinyurl.com/dhr3gp, which I found it odd and illogical for walking pats between 10AM and 3PM in such hot climate. Is it a way or a sign for discourage people especially expatriates to own dogs, People are talking about it too in Omanforum, a local forum under the 'Dog Walking in Oman'.

Now it sinked in
I walked to my baby sister and told her how I felt, couple of days ago we were arguing about reducing number of houses we have to visit, on that day I disagreed with her, but in Eid morning, I told her I'm fine with it, I managed to reduce over half of the houses, we both couldn't manage to walk-in allot of people, our heart couldn't take it anymore, we were mourning in our on way all this time, trying to be braive.
When we went to have Eid breakfast for the first time in my life since moved in Oman, I greeted my uncle then I ran back to my room, I cried for the first snice my dad's death.
I am just praying for him when ever I remember him. I miss him allot.
I feel my life has changed allot, my principles and concept of life, family, etc. I realised I am not social enough that I don't visit most of my relatives and don't know most of them. I don't want to be unknown or forgoten, I don't want to be a stranger within my people.

Marriage/fan ...
Based on Britannica as follows:
Marriage a legally and socially sanctioned union, usually between a man and a woman, that is regulated by laws, rules, customs, beliefs, and attitudes that prescribe the rights and duties of the partners and accords status to their offspring (if any). The universality of marriage within different societies and cultures is attributed to the many basic social and personal functions for which it provides structure, such as sexual gratification and regulation, division of labour between the sexes, economic production and consumption, and satisfaction of personal needs for affection, status, and companionship; perhaps its strongest function concerns procreation, the care of children and their education and socialization, and regulation of lines of descent. Through the ages marriages have taken a great number of forms.
I came across a married couple and by end of the year they are expecting their first new child. They haven’t agreed on naming the child if it is a boy.
They both don’t want to name him by their father’s name but the man wants to name him on his wife father’s name. their reasons are the same (repeated name in the family). He’s response “I am the one who will register the name in the birth certificate and you just carry the baby for nine months.” he repeated the same sentence several times and I was shocked to hear that. I tried to convince him that they should agree together on one name but he refused.
I realised that he was ignorant and didn’t respect his wife at all. He also didn’t understand what is marriage all about. He’s understanding is sex, have kids and bully her; and the history is repeating.
I don't know them..
Another incident of the same man, he took his childhood photo off the family frame, he didn’t want his in-laws to see it, he is either embarrassed about the photo.
My conclusion, he is embarrassed from his family and him self too. He is in confidence.
A fan of Abdullah Al Amadi
I have recently became addicted to articles written by Abdullah Al Amadi, a Qatari article writer in Al Watan, an Arabic Omani newspaper, he inspired me allot.

Notes of life
It’s been a while, away from the visual life, the Second Life. All of things been going on, engagements, weddings, death, ups and downs, challenges, teamwork, etc.
Oman in ‘Second Life’ Map
About the Second Life, Sultanate of Oman government is planning to promote it self as a country in Internet-based virtual world ‘Second Life’ for tourism purposes; its just an idea, hope it will pay.
Engagements and weddings
last week Big Moe has finally tied the knot for second time alhamdulillah, and the wedding reception will be after one week from now.
End of life
As birth is the start of life so Death is the end of the life, that’s the cycle of life no one knows how it ends, it can end in many forms including predation, disease, habitat destruction, senescence, malnutrition and accidents or physical injury; only God ‘Allah’ knows how it happens and what the reason behind it.
Why am I talking about death? It’s been one week since the death of my colleague who worked at the same building for some times but it was the first time I spoke to him was the day before he passed away to next life. He ended his journey on earth and he is now living in his new home ‘the grave’ and started the next journey of life until the judgment day, if Allah will his last journey will be in the Haven, and I believe he will be, he may already have beautiful castles because of been devoted Muslim and his support to the people in need in form of donations etc with out boosting or telling to anyone.
When I saw him, I seen a glow in his face, happiness and that made me believe he is a devoted Muslim.
Ups and downs/ challenges/ teamwork, etc.
I was feeling stressed for sometime because of work and studies, etc; I got tied up with allot of stuff at the same time, that messed me up for nearly three months. Thank God ‘Allah’ that I managed to sort some of things out and got through it.
It was a challenge for me and I managed to be my self, with out God and everyone who have supported me, I wouldn’t have managed to get through it. Teamwork and motivation makes a difference.
Addicted to ‘Owned’
I got addicted to ‘Owned’ (Own Your Friends! Give Human Gifts! Put yourself on the market and find out how much you’re worth!) by posting some photos, buying other people artistic photos, etc. I now worth over one million.
That’s all for now, time to go to bed, think of getting up to catch up with my studies.

The shock of my life
How can we live this way? We have all the technology to make our lives easy that we don’t give our selves the time to do anything.
About Benazir’s death, it’s so sad that her life has ended like that God bless her soul.

Illogic behaviour
The major problem is that they know but they sacred to say anything as they think they are in need of them & they are ready to blame others in order to cover up their trail, even if their are 100% wrong.

Mentor
Mentor
I have past through a lot of barriers past my path that made me fail several times along the way, but thank god I always find the way to get back on track after taking alternative decisions and came up with solutions that helped me pass through my difficulties.
I thank first God for giving me the faith and power to get over it and pick up what left in me to pursue my career; I thank my parents and members of my family as well as my lectures who have guided me and believed in me; and the most people I thank are those who have criticized me since my childhood up to now.
A person who I thought and looked up to her as my mentor tried to bring me down several times by destroying my motivation, 1st by saying that my major in IT won't be useful in my career wise, 2nd that the family doesn't expect me to pass as they know and used to it that I am after all a failure and they are actually are hypocrites in front of me. I carried allot when she said about the family but God's mercy, I forgot about it and I didn't keep any grudge against them, After two years I recalled the incident and that the family really supported me that they were paying for my education, I realised that what she was saying was all a lie because she envied me and did not want me to be successful person and add value in the society and she wanted me to look like an idiot that I don't have a goal or a purpose in life, and I thank God she didn't succeed.
recently I had spoken to several people and unfortunately found out that the same woman tried to destroy others people's lives too in different levels, some of them got effected badly as the incident has happened when they were in their teens and some managed to get over it by other people helping them and guiding them at the right path. Allot of them are trying to help each other to get over it and the red alert is on and destruction recovery plan is been implemented.
I like to share my knowledge and experience with people on one hand in order to increase their knowledge and productivity and in their other hand to minimize their mistakes. I have seen the limitation of guidance I have been exposed and I do not want anyone to mess up their lives and career.
I love doing researches via the internet, my sister calls me 'Wikiphedia Geek' as I refer to it most of the time for a quick answers, I call it the sandwich encyclopaedia as a fast resource for me, I do not 100% depend on it when I do my assignments/projects, I go through other websites too, when I use it I go through the references too.
When it came a debate if Wikiphedia is really reliable source as anyone can add and edit it as long as they can support with references and some school teachers as well as universities and colleges assign their students to add and edit papers in Wikiphedia, an idea came into my mind that what if I use the same concept with my family members who are in their primary and elementary school, they have to write an article based on what they have read or studied that interest them, it has two be written in Arabic and English language, the objectives of this method are:
Strengthen the grammar and vocabulary.
Develop writing skills.
Develop their interests.
Use the internet resources in an assertive manner.
Develop their social and career techniques.
Add value.
Based on above my next project is to a mentor for my younger generations to prepare them to be a future successful entrepreneurs.
My first steps to achieve it
Talk to my aunts about my idea.
Create an online journal
Add the candidates
The first articles will be posted by the end of every week starting from summer 2008.
In school days, one article every month.
The journal will be viewed by the parents to see the progress of their children.
Pray for me it works out.

Because he is Osama bin Laden offspring
First it was rumoured that she heals form the ruling family of Kuwait, then it was confirmed that she is British, other rumours came along and gone, until their marriage ended with a divorce because she is still married to someone else despite the separation, others say Omar and Jane feared to loose everything even their lives.
The Bin Laden members are under microscope because of Osama bin Laden and his organization ‘AlQaaeda’, which made most of their lives hell when they travel to East countries.

Be a Leader: How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment
A leader's job often includes changing your people's attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this:
Begin with praise and honest appreciation.
Call attention to people's mistakes indirectly.
Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.
Ask questions instead of giving direct orders.
Let the other person save face.
Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be "hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise."
Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to.
Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct.
Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.
