Happy New year
Today It's the first day of year 2014, thr year 2013 gone very fast, like a blinkof an eye, any achievements, yes and no. All of regrets and personal disappointments, my negative charisma overcome the positive ones, I won't lie to my self and pretend nothing has happened, it's black and white, I can't ever take it back.
I came across people seemed to finally show their claws, and their judgements is sickening.
I hope that this year will be better off for me and my family, the only truly family I have, and I love them.

For the love of a woman
The quote had sticked me, of two men who truly loved their wives and been with them and beside them. The two women had cancer, one passed away and the other one is going under treatment. Both of their husbands beside them, feeding, giving their treatment and supporting them, above all, not willing to part from them to live normal life.
The two women are my late mother and my Aunt, and the two men are my late father and my Uncle. I head the story of how my late father was sitting beside my mother and caring about her from people who aren't direct family, but I saw how my Uncle taking care of my own Aunt, and my sister told my Aunt, "I wish to have a husband who is loving and caring in sickness and health, like your husband."
My Uncle has strong faith that she's get cured. The same man, had a surgery during my visit, couldn't part from his wife and asked her to spend the night in the hospital with him, as he was too scared she falls ill and not been beside her.
That's how some men can do anything for the love of a woman, to keep them selves and other alive.

Happy
Last night, I slept late becaurse my mom woke me up while I was dousing off beside her, in order for me to go to sleep on my bed, it was not easy to get back to sleep, but when I slept away into it, my sister called, to make sure the house door is unlocked, as a result no more sleep.
I waited for my sister to arrive then we started chit chatting with our mom, until late, but managed to sleep well after that.
I am also happy about somethings have worked out well after months of worrying.
The funny thing, happened that a rummers had spread arround work, that I had malaria, because I came from Africa, and that wasn't in my mind at all.

"Allah, I am fasting"
I picked her up as I have been doing since last week, she greets us with "Hi" and we respond with "Wa Alaikum As'alaam," its been ever she doesn't want to get it or chose to ignore us for not saying "Assalamu Alaikum," the proper Islamic greeting, we feel she doesn't have any sign of been a Muslim, just wearing the Abaya and Sheylah (black head gear or a scurf) means she comply with it as a Muslim.
My daily plan is two hours nap before Magreb prayer i.e. Before breaking the fast plus sleeping late after midnight as performing some prayers then getting up to have Suhoor, my last meal before fasting then praying Fajr the first prayer of the day, and sleep for two hours, before going to work.

Blogger / facebook / Twitter
I used to enjoy to be a blogger until facebook came and stole a bit of my time, but will Twitter is driving people into twitt their day-to-day actions and events, blogging became much less and less.
I started posting more about what has been shared with me by my relatives & friends, even from Google reader, since micro blogging taking most of my time, although I reduced to twitt by 75%. I came across good Arabic stuff, I may post them, so my apologies in advance to the non-Arabic readers. I have an interesting Article about charity in Arabic, and I'll try to get someone to translate it in English, it had a big effect on me as a person and I wish it we all adopted such concept.
I have allot of things I want to share in my own words, what I mean by that, not re-shared articles, etc, I just can not organise my thoughts.
That's all for now.

I just realized that some and not all Muslims getting married to non-Abrahamic religions, its didn't start now or the current generation, but its been there for generations before I was even born. I realized it may be either lack of faith in God i.e. Iman.
The Iman has 6 articles:
1. Belief in God (Allah), the one and only one worthy of all worship (tawhid).
2. Belief in the Angels (mala'ika).
3. Belief in the Books (kutub) sent by God (including the Qur'an).
4. Belief in all the Prophets (nabi) and Messengers (rusul) sent by God.
5. Belief in the Day of Judgment (qiyama) and in the Resurrection (life after death).
6. Belief in Destiny (Fate) (qadar) (Shia divine justice).
The Qur'an stated about marriage, but it seems some of the Muslims either they lack of guidance or they don't have the faith.
I personally know a woman who follows an unabrahamic religion, who got married to Muslim man in Islamic country, the marriage ceremony was held privately and in both religions with the blessing of both family, I was shocked when I found out.
People may say, it's their life, but as far as I know, they are living in sin. Once an Arab and Muslim woman told me she would agree to marry man, who follows a non-abrahamic religion and she may practice his religion as long as she doesn't belive in it, it's just acting.
That't all for now, let me move to another topic , RT @amjad248: http://tinyurl.com/d5fbal - Omani creates robots out of junk.

Clean up day
I managed to delete nearly 1000 mails, which weren't relevant to work and some of them I sent it to my personal email in order to post it at my beloved journal to share it with you.
At some point I wanted to keep some of the religious mails but I felt its been there for over a year and I won't read it.
I attended an advanced related course from Tuesday to Thursday, which was good for me, had brainstorm of some ideas related to work.
Friday, as a day I went to have lunch at my Auntie's place and had a good time with my cousins, I joined them later in the evening for coffee at the The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Al Bahja mall, the first outlet in Oman.
Most of the people used to go to Al Bahja mall because of the movie cinema and kids play section, but since last year when Costa Coffee opened it's outlet, more people started going. Now many people are expected to go, they need more proper restaurants, i mean beside fast food franchises.
After coming back from the mall, the movie 'Freedom Writers' on DVD. It's a good movie, which inspired me too, they fought their battle and changed their lives by writing and how a teacher helped them to get it over with it and supporting them to reach their dreams.
Their dreams became reality via 'The Freedom Writers Diary: How a Teacher and 150 Teens Used Writing to Change Themselves and the World Around Them' , and I will go and look for the book if it's available in the local bookstore or in the neighborhood country or I'll order it online.
The movie has inspired me to read and write. I'm trying to write more positive way.
Few months ago, I came across wonderful online journal known as Hegab Rehab, which the author mostly post about the styles of Hegabs /Hejabs and accessories for Muslims women wear it and known part of Muslim woman dress code. Another journal 'Chasing Jannah', which is written by a Muslim woman.
The Omani community has been promised for the past few months that one of the most popular fast food franchise, known as Burger King will be back to operate in Oman. Up to now, the reserved space is empty and no signs of it's going to exists. Read more about it here were trying to figure out why it was closed at the first place.

Yes, I made a mistake
The Aunty Zahra called me in the morning, told me that I didn't inform her I was picking up Salma despite she doesn't have any objection to for Salma to be with me, I apologized to her and admited for my irrisponsible action and asured her it won't happen again, she justified her reasons for telling me that and I agreed with her, I respect her more then ever that she didn't waste the time and called me within less then one hour since I picked up Salma, I aknowledge her careness.
Another incedint happend in the evening of the samr day while I went to visit one of my relatives. I walked in the room and greeted two people (thier grade are as my parents) out of three and I didn't reaise I didn't greet the third person (whose like my sister) and walked out of the room.
It seems the 1st & the 3rd persons commented about my action towards the third person. So the 2nd person told them that she will talk to me when she sees me, they refused but she insisted.
The 2nd person called me later at night and told me about my action, I told her I didn't realise that and apologised as I didn't mean to ignore or disrespect the 3rd person and she understood and accepted my version of the story as saw how I looked while greeting her. I was shocked that no one had alart me at the same moment or tell me what I did was wrong by confronting me at the same time.
The above incidents made me realised how simple action can be positively or negatively been translated by people.
Note: Names are not real, it has been changed to protect people's privacy.
From Global news, today, people globally celebrating 'Earth Hour', it's an ECO friendly hour, the world switch off their lights, i.e. no using electrisity for one hour, which means no light polution for one hour. Correct me if I am wrong, from 8:30 PM to 9:30PM and some not all cities are perticipated in this Eco event.

Move it away
After we were seated, my cousin was telling her sister if she should pick up an empty pepar bag from the floor beside her, her sister critisaised her and sugested to pick up all the trash from the flour. My cousin said something her father told her, "If you see something on the floor and you think someone may fall because of it, pick it up or move it out of the way, or it will back fire on you." I agreed wirh her for what her father told her.
While I am typing the above sentence I remembered an incident happend with me, which actually happend yesterday while I was at the hair saloon that's similer to my cousin's action, the hair dresser was busy setting up my sister's hair some hair accessories were falling on the floor, I started picking them up on her behalf as she couldn't because she's 8 months pregnent, she didn't ask me to do so, but I felt like helping her. She was supprised for my action and told me not to bother but I couldn't. She's gave her time for us then to rest.
All I can say, that both of us had some same principles that we follow, which our religion advised us to do the same.

Tragic
This is not something minor, its a tragic, been Muslim is not an easy task, its to practice is the chalange to keep the mind & faith as well as actions in same / parallel streams.
From time to time, a person should question his/ her self about his faith to God, its like reviewing or auditing your self (self environmental check.) I consider it healthy.

Lets talk
No I am kidding, I am happy for the things turn out to be, have people love me and care about me all the time, without so called friends, I wouldn't have been here.
I am trying to write something meaningful to my self, trying to expend my horizon of knowledge and social network, I won't lie to my self that I now because of my self, no I am here because of God/ you/ him /her.
Good bye for now, thanks for your time.

Lazy to write
Ok, let me start about one of my weekends dated back to the midnight of 20th Feb, my phone alarm rang, I woke up (jumbed out of my skin) and picked up the phone, a reminder showed up 'Baba's birthday' I vividly smiled and read Surat Alfatihah for his soul and went back to sleep. At the evening, my sister and I were driving down town and we started recalling my late dad's gesture and his unforgettable sentences. God bless his Soul.

My last weekend was on 5th of March, my cousin got married, as the Aqd or religious marriage ceremony was at the Masjid been held by the men. I cried when I got the message from her brother that its over she became offically 'Mrs' and ended the lifecylce of 'Miss'. I called and wished her then met her at the saloon with the rest of the female members.
Wedding reception took place in the evening and everyone looked outstanding specially my sister and I. The brideamaids looks good too and managed well despite one day rehearsals or in the correct words few hours only.
I was planning to get the BB Bold, but the it was out of stock in all the stores of my mobile operator. I've changed my plans to get one until the 2nd half of the year, as I need to spend my money on something more importent.
One day, I drove to an offsite ATM machine, my sister got down and when she came back, she was laughing, she said "Also the mutawa flirt with Nasheed," it turned out a religious man who had long beard was flirting in a religious way.
Friendi Mobile will soon be on air in Oman, now the booking for numbers for free is available via friendimobile.om and various locations since 09-Mar-09, but the site booking has been a problem for too many visitors.
