Go Oman
Best wishes for Thailand for next season i.e 2018 World Cup Qualifying; and best wishes for Oman to qualify.
UAE has officially started multiple 'Banning Spree', under the umbrella of Health and Safety Environment as a cover, it seems that the government is in financial crises and trying to generate quick revenue by imposing hefty fees for violators.
The list of bans which I came across are:
- 300ML cans, for misleading consumers.
- BBQ in apartments (only in Dubai)
- Sheesha in residential area (which was banned before in 1990's in all public areas and later lifted).
"He's beneath you." That's the statement a young woman in her early twenties started hearing from her mom's Aunt and cousins after her future father-in-law who is her uncle (mom's brother) broke the news to them of his son's engagement to his niece, it seems her mom knew how they will react, that's why she told her brother to inform them.
The whole house (the bride mom's Aunt place)went uprising against the marriage, they see the groom to be and his parents are way beneath them (the same way the Aunt thought her son and daughters in-laws are way beneath her and disapproved her sons and daughter's marriages), despite the bride's parents approved it, even they know that he's not earning much, but he's educated, gentleman and hard working; also independent and responsible man. One of them, unmarried woman went crazy and started talking nonsense when she heard the news, all of them started giving the groom hard time, even when he offered to help like he usually do for any function or occasion, they rudely declined his offer after all this years.
The bride to be was shocked for what she heard, she was brought up by them and never expected such a treatment, specially her future husband is her own cousin. Now she sees the true color of their skin, which they have been undercover for 22 years. I felt so sorry for her but happy for her and the groom.

Lazy to write
Ok, let me start about one of my weekends dated back to the midnight of 20th Feb, my phone alarm rang, I woke up (jumbed out of my skin) and picked up the phone, a reminder showed up 'Baba's birthday' I vividly smiled and read Surat Alfatihah for his soul and went back to sleep. At the evening, my sister and I were driving down town and we started recalling my late dad's gesture and his unforgettable sentences. God bless his Soul.
On 24th of Feb, the next weekend, I went with my sister, cousin and her niece who is one and half years of age, to one of international Pizza franchise, the girl who was trying to imitate her Aunt my eating with fork but couldn't pick up the salads with it, ends up removing the napkin from arround her nack, stating rebalient against aticate (she is a kid), but she made my day with her smile.
My last weekend was on 5th of March, my cousin got married, as the Aqd or religious marriage ceremony was at the Masjid been held by the men. I cried when I got the message from her brother that its over she became offically 'Mrs' and ended the lifecylce of 'Miss'. I called and wished her then met her at the saloon with the rest of the female members.
Wedding reception took place in the evening and everyone looked outstanding specially my sister and I. The brideamaids looks good too and managed well despite one day rehearsals or in the correct words few hours only.
I was planning to get the BB Bold, but the it was out of stock in all the stores of my mobile operator. I've changed my plans to get one until the 2nd half of the year, as I need to spend my money on something more importent.
One day, I drove to an offsite ATM machine, my sister got down and when she came back, she was laughing, she said "Also the mutawa flirt with Nasheed," it turned out a religious man who had long beard was flirting in a religious way.

In UAE
This thought came to me when I read an article 'Locals not allowed' by Osama in Arabic, about not allowing locals wearing their national cloths dine in fancy restaurants as part of policy.
In UAE:
- The local citizen is a foreigner,
- It’s a western not eastern country,
- Bars and discos open 24/7,
- 24/7 developments.
Hippie or not
Over three years ago, I mate a young man, from the same community, I always found thing strange in his behaviour and character, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Since then, I was trying to figure out, which group he may fit in, he looked like a care free person, long hair, I realized he has a Hippie character, don‘t ask me, I just sense it.
The question is, are their Hippies in the Arab world or not?

5 stars for BreadTalk
When I arrived at the location (Bareeq Al-Shatti Mall), I was blown up with the mall and
atmosphere, which I didn’t know about, when I entered the BreadTalk, the smell of the pasties reminded me of La Brioche bakery in Abu Dhabi - UAE; I used to go there at least once a week when I was living in UAE (five years ago). The whole location reminded me of AD, the best memory and the free spirit.
Back to BreadTalk pastries, I give it 5 full star, and the value its worth it.
