5 stars for BreadTalk

Today, I was in a bad mood, as some personal issues has arisen and made feel angry, I tried to control my emotions the whole day, after picking up my sister, I decided to go to BreadTalk, after her recommendation.

When I arrived at the location (Bareeq Al-Shatti Mall), I was blown up with the mall and
atmosphere, which I didn’t know about, when I entered the BreadTalk, the smell of the pasties reminded me of La Brioche bakery in Abu Dhabi - UAE; I used to go there at least once a week when I was living in UAE (five years ago). The whole location reminded me of AD, the best memory and the free spirit.

Back to BreadTalk pastries, I give it 5 full star, and the value its worth it.

Round the corner

It seems months & years since I last wrote a post in my journal, despite been few weeks. The major question that everyone is thinking of is 'where were you?' and my answer is "I was just around the corner."

I was busy with my cousin's wedding arrangements. Had another cousin's wedding reception to attend & both weddings I looked outstanding, from the outfit to the hair style & make up. My cousins were around so we had our best times, they may be younger then me but they respect me the way I do with them.

The Noodle House is the latest dining place in Oman has openned at the month of January 2008, some loved it & others hated it; on my side I'll give it 3 to 4 stars out of 5 because of the desert 'Banana Toeffe' wasn't that sweet as China Town.

I give a five star for Hani Mirza, Managing Director of Bin Mirza International (BMI), who has the franchise for Nando's, Second Cup coffee house and Cinnzeo for his contribution in his work as a team member in Bin Mirza International (BMI).

On first day of Eid I went to have dinner at Peri-Peri chicken restaurant Nando's with my family members, while I was waiting for my seat, I saw Mr Hani Mirza helping his own staff in distributing the meals to the customer’s tables, which I found it an exclusively good impression that he sweats for every penny he earns and he rips off his fruits of success and I consider his wife been a lucky woman to be married to hardworking man who doesn‘t feel wrong to work with his employees hand by hand.

Omani Cuisine

Hello everyone! A friend of mine (Ahmed Al Yahyai -some of you might know him) and I started a new blog on FOOD. We usually cook over at my place every other weekend, so we thought that it would be cool to post our recipes online. All the photographs that you see are of food we actually made, no, I am not kidding, and yes, we're pretty good. :P Check out the Omani Cuisine here http://www.omanicuisine.com/ and feel free to send me any feedback.
