Knol the new Google jewel

Google the world leading search engine has removed its velvet veil and flashed us with it’s latest collection of diamond known as Knol.

You may ask what is ‘Knol’? what is she talking about flashy jewels and Google? She’s out of her mind, she isn’t making any commonsense. Yes I am making sense, ‘Knol’ is the newest jewel of Google, its an free online encyclopaedia, it’s name is short of Knowledge. It may be the opponent or competitor of Wikipedia, the leading online encyclopaedia which soon be printed in paper and published by German publisher.

I believe one of the giant search engines such as Yahoo or MSN should buyout Wikipedia to enable to have a fair competition with Google.

At the moment Google lunched the BETA version of Knol, so make it live by browsing knol and sharing your knowledge at ‘a unit of knowledge.’

Cuil

Cuil is the latest web search engine in the world of WWW. I has been founded by EX-Google employees.
It claims:
Cuil searches more pages on the Web than anyone else—three times as many as Google and ten times as many as Microsoft.
Is it true, test it your self.

Saud Bahwan Automotive reputation shaken

Saud Bahwan Automotive reputation started to shaken as the customer service staff can not handle it’s clients.

I have seen and experienced with the Seeb Al Mawaleh service bay when it comes with them

  • heavy traffic in phone calls as most of the time it may be engaged or no one will pick it up, as it took me to get in touch with them almost a week.
  • I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told my appointment was after two hours and I had to talk to the supervisor to get it though the same time.
  • Some of the women staff don’t know how to deal with customers at all.
  • Another incident I had seen is when a customer came to drop off his car for 60 minutes express service after he made an appointment via the phone, he was told that he doesn’t have an appointment, he flipped and started to yell at the SBG’s staff for incompetent service, they tried to reason with him, that he may made an appointment with anther service bay in town instead of Seeb Al Mawaleh service bay, and they gave him another appointment the next day for the same time as they are over loaded with customer’s cars (and I have seen it, as anyone wishes not to benefit from the 60 minutes express service, will get their car the next day); the customer started threatening the staff, the supervisor came to cool him them and got a bad attitude at the end the top officials came and took the customer away.

At the same time some of the staff started to comment sarcastically on the customer’s behaviour and that he don’t talk Arabic despite been an Arab.

Ops!!

On Monday evening I was looking for my debit card to draw some cash, I found out that I lost it, so after my sister started to nag me for five minite, I contacted by bank's customer service to report it and to block the card. The customer service woman couldn't access my account as I'm an employee of the same bank so she had to contact someone else to get the card number, after five to ten minites the card was blocked.

The next day I went to the office and openned my account to get the card number and report for a replacement, I found out that my debit card haven't been blocked, else my credit card was blocked and reported lost. I had a bad day that day about it and I had to contact the HR to block and replace my lost card.

Sorry to say I have a problem with local women when it comes to customer service.

Sorry, to end the service

Hala picked up her cellular phone after it rang few time, a male voice came out of the other side of the phone and identified him self as the representative of her car insurance company.

Caller: Dear Hala, your car insurance and license is about to expire soon.

Hala: Yes, I am aware of that.

Caller: But us deeply sorry we will have to end your services with us and we are preparing the necessary documents for the transfer to another insurance company.

Hala: Why?

Caller: As you had an accident.

The above conversation had really happened few weeks ago with my relative, the insurance company refused to provide their service after she had an accident and the period of the service with it was only one year.

It seems that the insurance is not willing to take any risks and doesn't want to pay for the insurance.
