Why the country Egypt is not called Misr as the proper name? As in Arabic is Misr.

Verses 7-8 from holy Quraan of Sura - 99 The Quake (Al-Zalzalah):

[99:7] Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it.[99:8] And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
